Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for automation testing roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, tools, and technologies in QA automation.
- Efficiently utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and generate reports.
