About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 35 years of experience in sourcing and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates in areas such as software development, Financial Industry, Sales, and related fields.

You will play a key role in the full-cycle recruitment processfrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiationwhile collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure we attract and hire the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, including technical and cultural fit evaluations.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online communities to strengthen the employer brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 35 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition within the IT or Finance industry.
  • Proven experience in sourcing technical talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Role and Skillset required based on the JD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Zoho etc.) and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for startups, Trading and Finance, or Financial product-based companies.
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment Tools (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).
