Job Description

Qualification & Experience:

1. Master's degree in HRM is preferred

2. 2 to 4 years of experience preferably with High-Tech product companies

3. 3+ years of overall HR experience

4. Experience handling full cycle recruitments with special focus on sourcing strategies and building active talent pipeline.

5. Expert understanding in MS tools with expertise in Excel and other spreadsheet software

Job Responsibilities:

1. Interact with Technical/Non-Technical Managers and understand Product Engineering Technical requirements.

2. Formulate recruiting strategies by translating technical requirements into sourcing strategies. Continuously innovates on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open Job requirements.

3. Identify potential candidates matching the Job requirements

4. Conduct HR Screening for potential candidates to find out interest level/job match.

5. Submit Potential candidates resume to Hiring Managers and follow-up on interest and technical interview scheduling

6. Analyze and maintain important HR Hiring Metrics and reports.

7. Establish and maintain TA metrics and observe market trends.

3. Should be a good learner and a positive attitude to learn new

4. Must know basic HR terminologies

5. Must be a Naukri and LinkedIn recruiter (Boolean Search) Semicon (Developers, Testers)
