We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter/Account Manager to join our team in India, specializing in US Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, with the ability to connect with top talent and manage client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the technical job market and recruitment methodologies.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
