We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles and a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open positions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting in the software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, ML engineers, data scientists.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
