360 Technology is looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Experience: 5–15 years

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Key Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Prior experience working with GCCs, Direct Clients, System Integrators (SIs), and VMS/MSP models
• Strong experience recruiting for India-based customers
• Good understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market and hiring practices
• Proven experience sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles
• Strong candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation skills

Technology Exposure

Candidates should have strong recruitment experience in the following areas:

• Java Full Stack
• Generative AI (GenAI)
• Python
• AI/ML and other emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
• Drive positions from requirement intake through successful closure
