Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing top technical talent, and working closely with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs across multiple technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and role fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Manage offer negotiation and follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within TAT
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT hiring (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS tools)
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract (C2C/W2) and permanent hiring
- Experience hiring for US / India / Global roles
- Exposure to MSP/VMS hiring models
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech / Any Graduate preferred)
