This role demands strong ownership, speed, and a quality-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across various roles and seniority levels
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other innovative channels
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within timelines
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
