Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across various roles and seniority levels
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other innovative channels
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within timelines
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Track and report recruitment metrics and progress
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
