Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Technical Project/Program Manager located in OMR , Chennai. The role involves managing end-to-end technology-focused projects and programs by overseeing project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation. The Technical Project/Program Manager will ensure the successful delivery of software development initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable project plans. This position requires coordination among various stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve project goals while maintaining alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Program Management and Project Management, including overseeing and delivering complex technical and business initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions.
• Experience in Software Development-related projects, with the ability to manage technical teams and processes effectively.
• Proficiency in Project Planning and execution across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is a plus.
• Experience working on large-scale projects in industries like financial services, retail, or telecom is advantageous.
