We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional product and engineering initiatives from planning through delivery. You will work closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure timely execution, technical clarity, and high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple technical initiatives.
- Work with product and engineering teams to define scope, timelines, and milestones.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Track dependencies, risks, and blockers and proactively resolve them.
- Monitor project progress using KPIs and delivery metrics.
- Facilitate cross-team communication and stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality standards, and best practices.
- Manage resource allocation and prioritize deliverables.
- Improve project workflows and delivery processes continuously.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management/program management.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing web, mobile, or platform-based products.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar).
- Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical architecture at a high level.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good To Have
- Experience in retail tech, eCommerce, SaaS, or platform products.
- Scrum Master / PMP / Agile certifications.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
