Job Title: Technical Project Manager.

About the Role

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives that drive business value, operational efficiency, and scalable platform capabilities. The TPM also drives cross-team alignment on priorities and strategic initiatives, ensuring work is coordinated electively across product, engineering, strategy, delivery, business, and support teams.

The TPM partners closely with product, engineering, strategy, delivery, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and technology solutions, while aligning stakeholders around key priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations. This role also supports product incident management and broader support initiatives to help ensure operational stability and continuous improvement.

This role is expected to work primarily within Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed to support initiatives outside of standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure), ensuring alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, and delivery commitments.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives, while coordinating cross-team priorities and sequencing work across dependent initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership.

Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive updates.

Drive alignment across business, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure clear expectations, shared priorities, and coordinated execution.

Requirements & Solution Design

Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.

Partner with technical teams to align requirements with system capabilities and architecture.

Partner with product, engineering, delivery, strategy, and business teams to align priorities, surface dependencies, and maintain momentum across key initiatives.

Execution & Risk Management

Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.

Establish KPIs and track delivery performance and outcomes.

Ensure quality assurance, testing, and release readiness across all deliverables.

Process Improvement & Optimization

Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and frameworks.

Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.

Support adoption of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Required Experience

5+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery roles.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery frameworks.

Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile / Scrum and enterprise delivery models.

Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Support Ticket, or similar.

Experience working with cloud, API, and integration-based architecture.

Background in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2).
