Technical Project Manager

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in the software industry
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Program/Project Management

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Proficiency in C, C++, Java, and familiarity with Linux and Windows environments
• Extensive experience with project and program planning tools to create, manage, and track project deliverables
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of compliance, privacy, and data governance practices

Core Competencies:

• Ability to understand technical solutions and effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Strong risk management skills, including identifying risks, defining mitigation strategies, and proactively communicating with stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a clear understanding of product requirements and their impact
• Demonstrated business acumen with experience managing end-to-end program delivery
• Ability to work with matrixed teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of programs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present plans, proposals, and outcomes to senior leadership and negotiate effectively

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in managing and delivering cloud-based services
