About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software projects across our AI-powered and traditional digital platforms, with a strong focus on Custom Application Development and Product Development.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, QA, and product teams to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining strong technical standards. This role requires a solid understanding of software architecture, development workflows, and AI-powered systems.
You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping translate product ideas into scalable technical solutions while ensuring high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end software development projects across web, mobile, and AI-powered systems.
- Lead and coordinate engineering teams including developers, QA engineers, and other technical contributors.
- Drive delivery of custom application development and product development initiatives.
- Coordinate work across engineering, AI/ML, QA, product, and design teams.
- Ensure development follows best practices for architecture, scalability, and code quality.
- Review technical solutions, system architecture, and implementation approaches with engineering teams.
- Monitor development progress, identify risks, and remove technical or operational blockers.
- Support developers and QA teams in technical problem-solving and delivery planning.
- Ensure AI-powered features and workflows are properly integrated and validated.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release cycles.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and delivery metrics.
- Maintain clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, delivery efficiency, and product quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in software development, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Management, managing technical teams of 10–20 members.
- Strong experience delivering custom application development and product development projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems.
- Ability to review technical designs, code quality, and engineering implementation approaches.
- Experience working with teams building web applications, mobile applications, and backend platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered systems and modern AI application architectures.
- Familiarity with LLM-based systems, AI workflows, or AI-powered product features.
- Understanding of concepts such as:
- Prompt-based systems
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- AI agent workflows
- Strong understanding of version control workflows (Git) and modern development practices.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good To Have (Preferred)
- Experience managing projects involving AI/ML models or generative AI systems.
- Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Background in software engineering before moving into project management.
