About The Role
Project Planning & Tracking
Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Track execution using JIRA, Gantt charts, and internal PM tools.
Identify risks, drive resolutions, and ensure on-time completion
Cross-functional Coordination
Align hardware, firmware, mechanical, and testing teams for seamless execution
Facilitate design reviews, DVT/PVT readiness, and build planning
Ensure structured communication and decision tracking across functions
Production Readiness
Coordinate handover from development to production.
Track procurement, validation, and pilot builds to ensure smooth transition.
Support quality and manufacturing teams during ramp-up
Customer Projects
Gather and document customer requirements and assess feasibility
Work with engineering teams to align on technical solutions and communicate timelines
Coordinate sample builds, deliveries, and customer feedback
Oversee technical approvals and ensure compliance documentation is completed.
Process and Quality
Continuously improve and refine processes.
Oversee the quality of software and hardware development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundational understanding of electrical and electronics engineering.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum 5 years of work experience (1-3 years of prior experience in technical project management.)
Hands-on experience in firmware (FW) or hardware (HW) development is a plus
