About The Role
- Project Planning & Tracking
- Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Track execution using JIRA, Gantt charts, and internal PM tools.
- Identify risks, drive resolutions, and ensure on-time completion
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Align hardware, firmware, mechanical, and testing teams for seamless execution
- Facilitate design reviews, DVT/PVT readiness, and build planning
- Ensure structured communication and decision tracking across functions
- Production Readiness
- Coordinate handover from development to production.
- Track procurement, validation, and pilot builds to ensure smooth transition.
- Support quality and manufacturing teams during ramp-up
- Customer Projects
- Gather and document customer requirements and assess feasibility
- Work with engineering teams to align on technical solutions and communicate timelines
- Coordinate sample builds, deliveries, and customer feedback
- Oversee technical approvals and ensure compliance documentation is completed.
- Process and Quality
- Continuously improve and refine processes.
- Oversee the quality of software and hardware development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational understanding of electrical and electronics engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience (1-3 years of prior experience in technical project management.)
- Hands-on experience in firmware (FW) or hardware (HW) development is a plus
