About The Role

  • Project Planning & Tracking
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Track execution using JIRA, Gantt charts, and internal PM tools.
  • Identify risks, drive resolutions, and ensure on-time completion
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Align hardware, firmware, mechanical, and testing teams for seamless execution
  • Facilitate design reviews, DVT/PVT readiness, and build planning
  • Ensure structured communication and decision tracking across functions
  • Production Readiness
  • Coordinate handover from development to production.
  • Track procurement, validation, and pilot builds to ensure smooth transition.
  • Support quality and manufacturing teams during ramp-up
  • Customer Projects
  • Gather and document customer requirements and assess feasibility
  • Work with engineering teams to align on technical solutions and communicate timelines
  • Coordinate sample builds, deliveries, and customer feedback
  • Oversee technical approvals and ensure compliance documentation is completed.
  • Process and Quality
  • Continuously improve and refine processes.
  • Oversee the quality of software and hardware development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong foundational understanding of electrical and electronics engineering.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience (1-3 years of prior experience in technical project management.)
  • Hands-on experience in firmware (FW) or hardware (HW) development is a plus
