About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment with business goals.

This role requires strong coordination between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and business units to ensure smooth project delivery. The candidate should possess a combination of technical understanding, project management skills, and strong communication abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical projects from initiation to deployment.

Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates regularly to leadership and stakeholders.

Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Team Coordination

Coordinate with developers, Cloud teams, and Solution Architects to ensure seamless collaboration.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.

Provide clear direction and remove blockers to ensure smooth team productivity.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify project risks early and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Track dependencies and proactively resolve project-related issues.

Ensure projects remain aligned with budget, schedule, and performance goals.

Agile / Project Management Practices

Implement and manage Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements.

Monitor team performance using KPIs, sprint velocity, and delivery metrics.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and technical documentation.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding project performance and delivery timelines.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Promote best practices in project management, collaboration, and product delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or Project Management certification is a plus.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and technology stacks.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.

Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as:

Jira/Other Ticketing Tools

Git-based workflows

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to cloud-based applications or Cloud Platforms.

Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) will be an added advantage.
