JD: - Technical Project Manager
Experience required- 5 yrs plus
Salary Budget - upto 12 LPA.
Role & responsibilities:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 yrs + of experience and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Must have handled one big project through its multiple sprints
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong technical skills in at least one programming language and one database IS MUST
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with clients or stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD is must and Cloud is Must
