JOB Purpose
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, timelines, quality, and cost. The role requires strong techno-managerial expertise to lead cross-functional teams, simplify SDLC processes, manage stakeholders, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
Role And Responsibilities / KRAs
- Project Delivery & Execution
Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and delivery best practices.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively
- Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
Understand technical and functional specifications in detail.
Manage environment setup and code synchronization across teams.
Participate in coding and code reviews for early defect identification.
Ensure solution scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as primary point of contact for clients.
Work closely with clients to define requirements, new processes, and reporting needs.
Foster long-term client partnerships through effective communication and delivery excellence.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and expectation management.
Ensure participation in at least 2-3 organization initiatives becoming the front face of the function and adding value by making presence felt.
Ensure all personal development goals as agreed in discussion with the reporting manager are met before close of the assessment year.
Further seek guidance and take initiative on becoming more visible participating in key discussion and supporting the India HR Leader help drive the HR vision in the Company.

Qualifications And Experience Requirements
- BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
