Your MissionAs a Project Manager, you will lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. You will own end-to-end project execution while driving clarity, accountability, and timely outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage strategic data engineering and migration projects from initiation through successful delivery
- Drive weekly project governance with clear status tracking, dependency management, and proactive risk mitigation
- Facilitate project discussions and reviews with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Adapt quickly to evolving business priorities while maintaining delivery commitments
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting using standard PM tools
Required Qualifications- 7+years of proven project management experience indata engineering, data platforms, or migration projects
- Mandatory experience in the Retail industry
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience withJira, Confluence, and MS Office
- Working knowledge ofPower BIis a plus
