Job Description:
The position demands strong experience as Single Point of Communication across multiple teams in engineering and various other teams. The individual must have established very strong ownership & accountability experience; Proven track record in Scrum and Agile Management in previous experience. This position demands highly effectively in dynamic development environment with large team; able to resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion while maintaining servant leadership.
What You'll be responsible for
Facilitate Agile Ceremonies:
- Own daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure productive and time-efficient meetings with clearly measurable results.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
- Encourage open communication within the team and ensure clear visibility into project progress.
- Help remove any impediments/blockers that the team encounters.
Coach & Guide Agile Practices:
- Mentor the team in Scrum practices, Agile principles, and values.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on optimizing team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong experience in JIRA to provide visibility as single source of truth and generate various complex reports and dashboards.
Manage Sprint Backlog & Project Progress:
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-defined product backlog and managing sprint goals.
- Track team progress and maintain transparency using appropriate Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Ensure proper workload balancing and sprint deliverables are met within deadlines.
Stakeholder Management:
- Must hold strong and effective communication in project status and progress updates to external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure project success.
- Be comfortable with leadership level presentation with detailed metrics and eye for details in overall scrum management.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
What You'd have
- Should have 7+ Yrs of experience in Scrum and Agile Management in large enterprises
- SAFe Certificate / Scrum Master / PMP Certification
- Project Management Experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
