Technical Project Manager-(Immediate Joiners to Maximum 30days)

Spectral Consultants is currently hiring for a Technical Project Manager for one of the leading global organizations in the insurance domain.

Location: Hyderabad/Pune

Experience: 9–15 Years

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and bring strong technical and stakeholder management expertise in a global environment.

Mandatory Skillsets:-

Java | Oracle | AWS | DevOps | Agile | Waterfall | Vendor Management

Role Overview:-

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving delivery across vendor and in-house teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and managing project execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role requires strong technical acumen, ownership, and global stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Drive end-to-end delivery and execution for ongoing projects

* Manage and align work across vendor and in-house development teams

* Create and manage delivery plans, timelines, and estimations

* Ensure maximum utilization of team capacity (6–8 members)

* Work closely with SRE and Environment teams for smooth deployments

* Handle production issues, incident management & resolution

* Collaborate with global stakeholders across US, Ireland, Europe & India

* Track risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery

Required Technical Skills:-

* Strong technical understanding of Java, Oracle, AWS & DevOps

* Experience in Agile & Waterfall project delivery models

* Proven experience in managing vendor teams

* Ability to work closely with developers, cloud & ops teams

* Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

* Experience in delivery planning, estimation & execution

Good to Have:-

* Experience with insurance domain platforms like FINEOS

* Exposure to large-scale enterprise delivery environments

* Strong stakeholder & client-facing experience
