Job Summary
Synctric is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 35 years of experience to manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects. The role will focus on execution, timelines, coordination, and release management, working closely with the CTO and engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
- Own project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
- Drive projects from requirements to production rollout
- Ensure releases are executed on time and without last-minute escalations
- Track and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers
Planning & Execution
- Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate with developers, tech leads, QA, and stakeholders
- Maintain project plans, sprint boards, and delivery dashboards
Communication & Reporting
- Provide clear weekly status updates to the CTO
- Proactively communicate risks, delays, and mitigation plans
- Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery
Process & Documentation
- Ensure requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined
- Maintain basic project documentation and delivery artifacts
- Continuously improve delivery processes and team efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 35 years of experience in technical project management or software delivery
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience working in a SaaS , Fintech or product-based company
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps
- Basic technical background or prior exposure to development teams
