Role Description

  • Manage and overseemultiple concurrentprojectsacross different vendors and internal teams
  • Understandprojectscope, objectives, deliverables, and overalltechnicalapproach
  • Actively trackprojectprogress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Lead and participate intechnicaldiscussionswith development teams, vendors, and architects as required
  • Ensure strong coordination and alignment between vendors, internal resources, and stakeholders
  • Maintain tight control overprojectschedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables
  • Prepare and presentprojectstatus reports, dashboards, and metricsto customers and stakeholders
  • Reportprojectprogress, risks, and outcomes to customer stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Conduct regularprojectreview meetings, governance calls, and manage escalations effectively
  • Supportresource planning, onboarding, and issue resolutionwhen needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of overall experience with5+ years inTechnicalProjectManagement
  • Strong understanding of theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to engage confidently intechnicalconversationswith engineering teams and vendors
  • Proven experience managingmulti-vendor and cross-functionalprojects
  • Strong risk management, issue tracking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills forcustomer-facing reporting
  • Hands-on experience usingprojectmanagement tools such as ZohoProjects(or similar tools like JIRA, MSProject, Asana, etc.
