Role Overview

Smart Ship Hub is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, proven project management expertise, and experience managing cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project and Gantt charts.
Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Manage feature releases, production deployments, and hotfix/patch releases.
Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SDLC process and best practices.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
Manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with MS Project, Gantt charts, and project planning tools.
Experience with tools such as Zoho, JIRA, Azure DevOps for sprint and release management.
Experience managing releases including feature rollouts and hotfix deployments.
Strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience managing projects involving Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, Java, PostgreSQL and MySQL etc. technologies.
Experience managing mobile app projects (Flutter, Android & iOS).
Cloud experience with GCP, AWS, MS Azure platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in risk management and issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain domain.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to DevOps tools and monitoring systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
