We Are Looking For:
We need a smart, technically strong Project Manager who comes from a technical background and can:
- Handle complete project delivery end-to-end
- Communicate directly with clients (requirement gathering + expectation management)
- Manage and coordinate development teams (PHP, Node.js, React, etc.)
- Ensure timely and quality delivery
- Take ownership and drive projects independently
- Have strong interest in AI-driven products (AI enthusiast preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document client requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Plan sprints, timelines, and project milestones
- Manage backend and frontend development teams
- Track progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify risks and resolve blockers
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
Must-Have Skills:
- 46 years of experience in SaaS project management
- Strong technical understanding (backend + frontend basics)
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle both clients and developers confidently
