Role Overview
The Innovation Project Manager is responsible for executing small to medium-sized innovation projects within defined scope, timelines, and resources. This role focuses on leveraging existing solutions for faster development while contributing to broader innovation initiatives. Working under general supervision, the individual collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures effective project delivery with a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Execute small to medium innovation projects within agreed timelines, budget, and resource constraints
Lead specific workstreams or sub-projects within larger innovation programs
Build and manage stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes and driving alignment
Support and contribute to project planning, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk assessment
Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues when required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes) for transparency and continuity
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and learning opportunities
Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
Apply a customer-centric approach, incorporating feedback into project execution
Use analytical thinking to resolve medium-complexity challenges within defined processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, IT) or Business / Project Management
8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, Innovation, or Portfolio Management
Preferably from a medical or regulated industry environment
Preferred Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Experience working in Agile environments

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This role is an office-based role.
