We are seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager - Product Development for a full-time, on-site role at our Giridih location. The role involves managing product development projects from conception to completion, planning and allocating resources, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Technical Project Manager will be accountable for executing the project strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering outcomes aligned with organizational goals while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) processes and product innovation
• Proficiency in Program Management and project execution

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus
