Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical solutioning and system architecture for custom applications, integrations, and enterprise workflows (including RPA, low-code/no-code, and AI automation).
- Review requirements, select technology stacks (cloud, APIs, databases, messaging, workflow engines), and drive build-versus-buy decisions.
- Design and oversee development of applications and microservices utilizing modern coding practices (CI/CD, containerization, API-first development, Vibe or similar frameworks).
- Implement workflow tools (e.g., Camunda, UiPath, Zapier, Power Automate) to streamline processes, automate operations, and deliver faster outcomes.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered featuressuch as intelligent bots, ML models, smart analytics, and automated insightsintegrated with existing platforms.
- Hands-on functional prototyping and technical documentation of solution designs, integrations, and architecture diagrams.
- Mentor developers in solution engineering, code review, and best practice adoption; guide team on emerging tech trends.
- Drive technical risk analysis and performance optimization, and ensure compliance/security standards are met throughout the SDLC.
- Manage project scope, resources, and budget using advanced project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, etc.).
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (dev, QA, data, infrastructure), and engage directly in technical troubleshooting and solution workshops.
Technical & Solution Engineering Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Node, Java/C#, SQL, etc.) and web/cloud technologies.
- Experience architecting solutions with microservices, REST/GraphQL, serverless, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and database systems.
- Hands-on with workflow automation, low-code platforms, and integration frameworks.
- Track record designing and deploying AI/ML models, including prompt engineering, model training, and application embedding.
- Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies for technical delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements, translate them into high-impact solutions, and lead technical documentation eorts.
- Strong skills in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- 25 years of experience delivering technology solutions, with direct exposure to AI, automation, and cross-platform development.
- Certified Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe, or comparable certification (preferred).
- Demonstrable experience in technical solutioning, workflow automation platforms, and AI/ML projects.
