As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in executing small-scale innovation projects or managing specific sub-sections of larger initiatives. Working under general supervision, you will leverage existing solutions for faster development, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, proactive risk management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Your role:

  • Deliver Innovation / PDLM/ Design Transfer projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
  • Lead single-discipline projects or manage sub-processes within broader innovation initiatives.
  • Actively participate in organisational change efforts and build influential stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Track progress against milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, meeting minutes, status reports) to ensure transparency.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance project management skills through training and knowledge-sharing.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating meetings.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by incorporating feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply analytical skills to resolve medium-complexity requests within defined procedures.

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Electrical ,Electronics ,Mechanical Engineering.
  • 6u201310 years of relevant work experience in related domains
  • Hands - on Project Management Experience

Certifications

PMP Certification preferred

Technical Expertise

  • Solid understanding of Design Transfer processes or significant exposure to Product Industrialisation.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, estimation, and risk management.

Behavioural & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision while exercising sound judgement.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving skills.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
