Job Description

Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of projects using open-source technologies, with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Lead and manage projects with a focus on technologies like LAMP Stack, Python, JavaScript (Node.js) and frontend technologies like Angular, React, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of development practices, tools.
Exposure to managing fixed bid projects.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading agile development teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience managing complex technical projects with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Ability to manage multiple sub-projects concurrently while delivering high-quality results.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project success.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Track and report on project KPIs, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
Support engineering teams by addressing technical and organizational challenges, providing clarity, and driving the successful execution of projects.
