Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of project management experience and strong exposure to working with external service providers and vendors. The role requires hands-on experience in managing deployment, migration, and network upgrade initiatives, along with excellent stakeholder management and delivery governance skills. PMP certification from PMI is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Manage deployment, migration, and network upgrade projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Work closely with internal technical teams, external service providers, and third-party vendors
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
- Manage vendor performance, commercials, and service delivery commitments
- Ensure adherence to PMI-based project management standards and governance frameworks
- Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews
- Ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions to operations and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in technical/IT environments
- Mandatory PMP certification from PMI
- Proven experience managing deployment, migration, and network upgrade projects
- Strong experience working with service providers, vendors, and third-party partners
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, networks, and enterprise IT environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong risk management, planning, and execution capabilities
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or transformation programs
- Experience working in PMP-governed PMO environments
- Exposure to global teams and multi-vendor delivery models
