L&T Technology Services is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Experience range - 10+ years) of experience, proficient in:

Technical Project Manager - Expert

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Project Delivery

1. Revenue as detailed in Impact Section
2. Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global
3. High/ Very High Risk
4. High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues

• Manages Project Financials

1. Meets or Exceeds approved budgets
2. Provides reliable financial forecasts to management

• Manages Client Relationships

1. Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (C Level) client management
2. Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers

• Manages Project Team

1. Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 40 people
2. Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others
3. Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
4. Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development

Experience Required

• 10-12 years experience in project management role a must
• PMP Certified (Must)
• Agile Scrum Certified (CSM) (Must)

Knowledge & Skills

• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
• Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
• Good understanding of Datacenter, Application Migrations & Implementations
• Good understanding of DevOps Solution Implementations
• Proven expertise in Cloud Solutions and other relevant technologies
• Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community

Complexity

• Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data require and in-depth evaluation of multiple, complex factors, and significant use of judgment
• Delivers projects affecting multiple client divisions or the enterprise
• Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi-function, multivendor projects
• Projects may be global
• Manages projects requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines
• Large mutli bu complex projects from a PS standpoint
