Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 812 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a project management or Scrum Master role, and prior experience as a software developer.
- Strong command over at least one programming language or framework (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipelines.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
