Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 58 years of experience who can drive end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong PMO expertise, hands-on understanding of frontend and backend architectures, exposure to AI/ML use cases, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and release schedules
- Drive milestone-based delivery aligned with business goals
- Ensure on-time and within-scope delivery
- Identify risks early and define mitigation strategies
PMO & Governance
- Establish and enforce PMO best practices
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports
- Conduct stakeholder governance meetings
- Track KPIs: velocity, burn-down, delivery timelines, quality
Technical Oversight
- Work with frontend (React/Angular/mobile) and backend (APIs/microservices)
- Ensure API-first and scalable architecture
- Translate business requirements into execution plans
- Support technical decision-making
AI/ML Exposure
- Deliver AI/ML use cases (recommendations, automation, analytics)
- Collaborate with data teams on requirements and integration
- Exposure to AI/ML tools/platforms (OpenAI, AWS/GCP AI services)
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage cross-functional teams (FE, BE, QA, DevOps, Product)
- Drive Agile ceremonies and accountability
- Act as a bridge between business and engineering
Tools & Agile Execution
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA (mandatory)
- Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release tracking
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban
Documentation & System Design
- Use draw.io (or similar) to create:
- Functional Diagrams (FD)
- Data Flow Diagrams (DFD)
- User Flows
- ER Diagrams
