Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills to ensure successful execution, on-time delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams to define project plans and milestones.
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Track progress using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed.
- Manage vendors, third-party partners, and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in project management with strong technical exposure.
- Proven experience managing software development or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management frameworks.
- Experience working with technical teams including developers, architects, and DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
