Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development or IT, combined with solid project management experience, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project management from requirement gathering and planning to execution, delivery, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, design, and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor and track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage client communications, set expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between technical and non-technical teams.
- Support sprint planning, backlog management, and agile ceremonies (if applicable).
- Analyze project performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing software development or IT implementation projects.
- Strong technical understanding of web and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:- PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Prior experience in .NET or similar technology environments.
