We at Verdantas seeking for highly skilled IT Project Manager.
This role applies Information Technology knowledge and Project & Program Management experience to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for complex projects within the Information Technology function. IT Program & Project Management also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects through the full lifecyclefrom initiation to closurewhile leveraging industry-standard tools, methodologies, and best practices to achieve project objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that support both IT and business goals
Responsibilities
Lead Complex IT Projects: Manage end-to-end delivery of Verdantas IT initiatives within the EPMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities
Project Planning & Execution: Leverage ServiceNow and MS365 tools to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Drive execution through disciplined project management methodologies including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing processes. Develop and maintain integrated deployment plan, spanning multiple work streams
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business advisors, leadership and various analysts. Facilitate clear communication of project objectives, status, risks, and dependencies.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and proactively resolve issues to minimize impact.
Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource utilization. Effectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success
Change Management: Support organizational transformation by applying structured change management strategies to ensure adoption and minimize disruption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Creative Planning: Ability to apply & oversee WRICEF/FRICEW object planning and delivery mentality, including creation and management of WRICEF inventories, and guiding the progression from functional specifications to technical specifications, build, TUT, and FUT
