Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Project Manager (L3) with a robust background in endpoint security and networks to join our dynamic team at Inspira Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will lead and manage large-scale projects involving heterogeneous deployments of various security products and solutions, demonstrating strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective collaboration across teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale projects specifically involving endpoint security and network solutions.
• Design and oversee the deployment of heterogeneous security products such as firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Anti-Virus solutions, Operating System Patch Management, and policy enforcement (e.g., Network Admission/Access Control) solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and strategic alignment of security initiatives.
• Ensure timely project delivery while meeting all specified requirements and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Stay continuously updated on advancements in endpoint protection and network security technologies to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.

Skills Requirement:

• Expertise in endpoint security and network technologies.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals and intermediate-level knowledge of network operations.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing various security products (firewalls, IDS, Anti-Virus, etc.).
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with diverse security product deployments.

Certifications:

• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• Microsoft Certified Professional (mandatory)

QUALIFICATION:

• B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.
