Job Description
- 13+ years of overall experience, preferably based in India.
- Strong development background of Data Management, ETL processes, Reporting, and Analytics.
- Proven ability to lead and manage team effectively.
- Experience collaborating closely with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in project planning, task tracking, status reporting, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Hands-on experience in effort estimation, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drives timely resolution before escalation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Maintains strong ownership of deliverables and ensures all action items are tracked to closure.
- Anticipates project and resource requirements and takes proactive measures to address technical and operational needs.
