Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
  
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand and document project requirements.
  
• Plan and manage resource allocation and team capacity across multiple projects.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with development, QA, and other technical teams for smooth project execution.
  
• Identify project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  
• Conduct regular project review meetings and status reporting.
  
• Ensure proper documentation, communication, and project governance.
