About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to strengthen delivery execution across multiple technology projects.
This role is execution-first, working closely with engineering teams to bring structure, clarity, and predictability to delivery. You will not be a passive coordinator or a Jira-only PM. You will be actively involved in planning, tracking, and unblocking delivery.
This role is part of Incresco's growing delivery and operations presence in Coimbatore and offers a clear path to grow into Program Management / Operations responsibilities over time, based on performance.
What you will do
- Work closely with Tech Leads and engineers to plan and track project execution
- Break down high-level milestones into clear, executable plans
- Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery health across projects
- Surface delivery risks early and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Ensure follow-ups, decisions, and actions are driven to closure
- Maintain delivery discipline across schedules, scope, and priorities
- Support leadership with accurate, factual delivery updates
- Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or fast-moving situations
You may interact with clients when required for delivery clarity or coordination, always aligned with the Business Lead. You will not own client relationships or sales outcomes.
What you will not do
- You will not own sales, revenue targets, or client accounts
- You will not be a Scrum Master focused only on ceremonies
- You will not operate as Finance, HR, or PMO (initially)
What we are Looking for
- 36 years of experience in technical project delivery, program coordination, or engineering-adjacent roles
- Strong understanding of how engineering teams work in real environments
- Comfortable working with developers, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to track execution details without micromanaging
- High ownership mindset you flag problems early, not after deadlines slip
- Calm, structured, and reliable under pressure
Good to have
- Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience
- Experience working on SaaS, platforms, or consulting projects
- Exposure to multiple projects running in parallel
- Interest in growing into Program Management or Operations roles
