Job Summary -

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in software development, architecture, cloud technologies, and AI-driven digital transformation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing engineering teams, driving technical excellence, reviewing code, and leading AI/ML-powered product and automation initiatives.

The candidate should be capable of bridging business goals with modern engineering practices, including Generative AI, intelligent automation, cloud-native architecture, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities -

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor software development teams with hands-on involvement in coding, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
• Drive architecture design, technical decision-making, scalability planning, and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical leadership in AI, .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, microservices, and enterprise application development.
• Establish coding standards, AI-assisted development practices, and engineering quality benchmarks

AI/ML & Generative AI Initiatives

• Lead AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives across products, workflows, and business processes.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions including:
• Intelligent automation workflows
• AI copilots and chatbots
• Document processing and OCR automation
• Recommendation engines
• Predictive analytics
• AI-driven reporting and insights
• Work with modern AI ecosystems such as:
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
• LLM integrations
• Prompt engineering
• Vector databases and RAG architectures
• AI APIs and cloud AI services
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and product innovation.
• Drive responsible AI practices, governance, data security, and AI scalability.

Software Development & Cloud Engineering

• Ensure high-quality delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Guide teams on APIs, integrations, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Provide technical leadership on Azure/AWS infrastructure, deployments, DevOps, monitoring, and automation.
• Drive modernization initiatives including AI-enabled applications and cloud transformation.

Product & Delivery Management

• Manage project delivery, sprint planning, timelines, quality, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to deliver innovative and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive engineering governance, continuous improvement, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
• Support strategic technology roadmap planning aligned with business goals.
