Location: Hyderabad

Hybrid Policy: 4+1 (4 Days from office & 1 Day from Home)

What will you do:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through implementation, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, estimation, and execution.
  • Build and maintain clear program roadmaps, schedules, and milestone plans while managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define program scope, measurable success criteria, and key performance indicators, tracking progress and driving accountability across stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, operations, and business teams to define requirements, estimate effort, and proactively remove execution blockers.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, scope, resource, and timeline risks; implement structured risk management and escalation frameworks.
  • Communicate program status, trade-offs, risks, and decisions effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate prioritization and decision-making in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Analyze current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and guide structured change management and implementation efforts.
  • Coordinate and drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Serve as the central communication point for program teams and sponsors, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide mentorship and foster high-performing, collaborative team dynamics.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives where required.
  • Execute additional strategic initiatives as assigned.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software product development environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business groups.
  • Hands on experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Planner, Visio, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex software development and deployment initiatives, preferably in enterprise or cloud-based environments.
  • Full software development lifecycle experience, with exposure to Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to drive programs from ideation through delivery, managing scope, risk, dependencies, and execution rigor.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage in architecture and design discussions with engineering teams.
  • Experience operating in matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring team members and driving accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.

Bonus Points:

  • PMI certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile process.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree is preferred.
