Job Description

Position: Technical Project Manager

Experience: 8+ Years

A Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology-driven projects by bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. They combine project management expertise with technical understanding to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project Planning & Execution

o   Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.

o   Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

o   Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Technical Coordination

o   Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

o   Hands on experience with the below mentioned technologies / Anyone of the categories.

§  Full Stack Java: Java, Spring boot, Microservices (Preferably)/ Databases/ Front end technologies using React / Angular.

§  Full Stack (MERN Stack): Mongo DB, ExpressJs, React JS, Nodejs

§  Full Stack (.net): .NET Technologies with front-end technologies using React/Angular, Databases.

§  Data & Analytics: Python, SQL, PowerBI/Any BI tools, Any Cloud(AWS/GCP/Azure), Bigquery

o   Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure feasibility.

o   Oversee system architecture discussions, integrations, and technology choices.

Stakeholder Management

o   Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

o   Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.

o   Manage expectations, escalations, and change requests.

Process & Quality Assurance

o   Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

o   Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.

o   Drive continuous improvement in processes and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

·        Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, APIs, databases, DevOps, and system integrations.

·        Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and present to stakeholders.

·        Tools: Experience with project management tools.
