This role focuses on building corporate and workplace readiness for fresh graduates. The Project Manager will deliver communication, professional skills, and campus-to-corporate modules, anchored in real software delivery and Agile team environments.
Key responsibilities:
- The individual will be responsible for ensuring deliverables and progress are tracked, and for acting as an anchor across the project lifecycle for each team Deliver training using Agile, Scrum, and SDLC best practices
- Mentor real time on the software development problem statements
- Work with a team of master trainers and solutions architect closely to deliver desired training outputs
- Integrate technical thinking into behavioral and workplace readiness modules
- Design and customize scenario-based problem statements
- Conduct level-setting and readiness benchmarking
- Drive peer and facilitator reviews
- Provide structured, evidence-based feedback on learner maturity
- Identify high-potential and at-risk learners using data-backed insights

Key Technical Skills Required
