Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a keen ability for listening. You must demonstrate integrity, ethical behavior, and a consistent approach, with a strong focus on building trust and cultivating a robust business relationship mindset. Excellent verbal communication is essential. You should also be adept at conflict resolution and conflict management. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead and guide project teams with strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting with integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Utilize excellent verbal communication and listening skills to ensure clear understanding and effective collaboration among all project participants.
