Technical Project Manager

We are seeking aProjectManagerwith over 10 years of experience andstrong expertise inAgile methodologiesandprojectmanagement practices. The ideal candidate will possessexcellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, andthe ability to manage multiple aspects ofprojectdelivery including planning, tracking, backlog management, andrisk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop andmaintain comprehensiveprojectplansandtimelines.
• Track andmanagedailyprojectactivities, ensuring alignment with goals anddeliverables.
• Oversee andmanage theproduct backlogandContinuous Improvement (CI) log.
• Facilitateissueandrisk tracking, ensuring timely resolution andescalation as needed.
• Manage anddocumentrequirements trackingthroughout theprojectlifecycle.
• Conduct regularstatus meetingsandcommunicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution anddelivery.
• Drive Agile ceremonies such asdaily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, andreviews.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices andcontinuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience inProjectManagement, preferably intechnical environments.
• Strong understanding andhands-on experience withAgile frameworks(Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Proven experience inbacklog grooming, sprint planning, andAgile delivery.
• Excellentverbalandwritten communication skills.
• Strong organizational andstakeholder managementabilities.
• Experience in managingCI logs, risks, issues, andrequirements tracking.
• Certified inAgile (Scrum Master, SAFe)and/orPMP.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with tools likeJIRA, Confluence, MSProject, or similar.
• Background insoftware developmentortechnical deliveryis a plus.
• Ability to work in afast-paced, dynamic environmentwith multiple stakeholders.
