About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in managing cross-functional projects and a strong ability to communicate effectively across departments, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control (QC). This role requires hands-on experience with Asana (or similar project management tools) to ensure smooth execution of projects, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a central point of communication between all departments and teams to align priorities and ensure seamless execution.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Assist in product lifecycle management from ideation and development to launch and post-launch improvements.
Track progress of projects, identify risks, and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Support Marketing with technical/product updates to ensure accurate campaigns and messaging.
Coordinate with Supply Chain for inventory, logistics, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with product standards and timely resolution of issues.
Generate project reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
36 years of experience in project management (technical or cross-functional focus preferred).
Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with multiple departments.
Basic understanding of Marketing processes, Supply Chain operations, and Quality Control principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Exposure to product lifecycle management in a technical or consumer goods environment.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic setting.
