What are we looking for!

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background and proven expertise in leading large-scale product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with excellent client-facing capabilities and strong Agile project management skills to successfully deliver complex programs.

Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management:

Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and release

Own project schedules, scope, risk management, and delivery commitments

Ensure timely delivery with high quality and adherence to best practices

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor large cross-functional teams (2530 members) including developers, QA, and other stakeholders

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Agile & Tools:

Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive predictable and transparent delivery

Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and metrics using tools like JIRA

Continuously improve delivery processes and team efficiency

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary client-facing point of contact

Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to clients and internal leadership

Deliver effective presentations, demos, and project reviews to stakeholders

Technical Collaboration:

Leverage prior software development experience to guide technical decisions and trade-offs

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical execution plans

Qualifications

914 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in hands-on software development

Proven experience managing product development projects

Demonstrated experience leading large teams of 2530 members

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks

Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools

Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills

Scrum Certification is preferred but not mandatory
